Jabs & Abs (Cardio Boxing )

A combination of boot camp and boxing!  Learn basic boxing skills, burn crazy calories, build stamina and take out some frustration!  Oh, and don’t worry, there is NO CONTACT in cardio boxing, and we supply all the necessary equipment.


Life’s too busy for boring workouts. Body-blasting music mixes with 60 minutes of sweating, smiling, and laughing through Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing moves. This is the new Jazzercise.


A circuit workout that fuses cardio pumping dance with muscle mania. The best of both worlds in a total body workout that flies by!

 Strength 45

Fire up the muscles – all of them – in this 40-50 minute muscles-only body toning workout.

Power Half-Hour

30 Minutes of Intensity in a shortened version of Small Group Personal Training.  Bring your A game and make some serious progress!

 Extra Tidbits

-Be sure to bring water and a towel
-We do not have showers or locker rooms, but we do have a restroom and a changing area
-Please bring dry shoes to change into
